Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

The Saskatoon Convalescent Home is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead its operations. As the CEO, you will be responsible for effectively utilizing all available resources to deliver high-quality care to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the organization towards fulfillment of its mission and vision
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality of care and quality of life for residents
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to deliver care that is both appropriate and acceptable
  • Plan, organize, lead, and evaluate all aspects of the HOME's operations

Requirements:

  • Five (5) years experience in management/administration/supervision
  • 10+ years experience in healthcare leadership/management/administration
  • Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Administration
  • Eden Alternative Associate certificate
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Nursing
