About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer Advisor to join our team at Rona Inc. As an Instructional Designer Advisor, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of various learning solutions to support the onboarding, development, and maintenance of skills and behaviors required for Rona Inc. employees to perform their work effectively in a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality learning solutions, including e-learning modules, classroom training, and virtual training programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop training content that meets those needs.
  • Develop and maintain learning materials, including courseware, assessments, and evaluations.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and analyze data to inform training program development.
  • Provide coaching and consultation to employees on learning and development opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technology.
Requirements
  • University degree in a field related to training and development, such as instructional design, education, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in instructional design and training development.
  • Experience with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
