About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer Advisor to join our team at RONA Inc. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative learning solutions that support the growth and success of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality learning content, including e-learning modules, training programs, and multimedia resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage and maintain learning content libraries, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with company standards.
  • Provide coaching and consultation to employees on the use of approved authoring tools and processes.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems related to learning content and systems.
Requirements
  • University studies in a field related to training, instructional design, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a training designer or instructional designer role, with a focus on large-scale training programs.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems and large-scale content libraries.
  • Strong skills in managing relationships, providing advisory services, and fostering collaborative work.
  • Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and produce results in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite software, Articulate360, and other relevant tools.
