Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Shipping Clerk to join our team at Thai United Food Trading Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Shipping Clerk will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of shipments, including determining the method of shipment, scheduling distribution, and preparing shipping documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine Method of Shipment: Choose the most suitable shipping method to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Schedule Distribution: Plan and coordinate the distribution of goods to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Accurately prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assemble Containers and Crates: Safely and efficiently assemble containers and crates for shipping.
  • Inspect and Verify Incoming Goods: Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain Internal Record-Keeping System: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant information.
  • Record Shortages and Reject Damaged Goods: Record and report any shortages or damaged goods to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Route Goods to Appropriate Storage Areas: Safely and efficiently route goods to designated storage areas.
  • Pack Goods to be Shipped: Accurately and safely pack goods for shipping.
  • Unpack Goods Received: Safely and efficiently unpack goods received.
  • Affix Identifying Information and Shipping Instructions: Accurately affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments.
  • Oversee Loading and Unloading of Goods: Safely and efficiently oversee the loading and unloading of goods.
  • PAY and Receive Payments for Goods: Accurately process payments for goods received.

Education and Experience:
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
