About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager/Project Engineer to join our Canmore Land Development and Municipal Engineering team in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical advisory services to clients for land development and municipal engineering projects;
  • Contract administration and field reviews for projects under construction;
  • Liaise with a multi-disciplinary project team to undertake municipal engineering projects;
  • Manage clients and projects, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction by ensuring that project outputs meet client expectation at key project stages;
  • Implement project management methodology to ensure projects result in a successful conclusion for both the client and the company;
  • Receive mentorship from Senior colleagues, and in turn provide mentorship to Junior staff members;
Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university (Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or Engineering Design may be considered);
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in the design of land development infrastructure projects is preferred;
  • Experience as an engineering professional completing studies, design, tender document preparation and contract administration on projects in the Municipal/Infrastructure sector;
  • Project Management experience on municipal and/or private sector projects;
  • Valid Driver's license;
  • Experience working with various southern Alberta municipalities and/or within a mountain setting is an asset.
