Project Manager/Project Engineer Opportunity

Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical advisory services to clients for land development and municipal engineering projects;
  • Contract administration and field reviews for projects under construction;
  • Liaising with a multi-disciplinary project team to undertake municipal engineering projects;
  • Managing clients and projects, ensuring high customer satisfaction by meeting client expectations at key project stages;
  • Implementing WSP project management methodology to ensure successful project outcomes for both clients and the company;
  • Receiving mentorship from senior colleagues and providing mentorship to junior staff members;

Requirements include:

Requirements:
  • An undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university (Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or Engineering Design may be considered);
  • ~5+ years of progressive experience in the design of land development infrastructure projects is preferred;
  • ~ Experience as an engineering professional completing studies, design, tender document preparation, and contract administration on projects in the Municipal/Infrastructure sector;
  • ~ Project Management experience on municipal and/or private sector projects;
  • ~ Valid Driver's license;
  • ~ Experience working with southern Alberta municipalities and/or within a mountain setting is an asset.
