Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Columbine Food Services Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team
