Position Overview

As a Facility Maintenance Specialist at Pristine Peak Cleaning Solutions Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining a pristine environment for all occupants.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing of hallways, floors, and stairs.
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Conduct window washing and clean interior walls and ceilings.
  • Ensure bathrooms and fixtures are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with a range of 1 to less than 7 months.
