About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Supervisor to join our team at BAJAJ TAX & FINANCIAL SECRETS INC. as a key member of our accounting department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor junior staff members in bookkeeping duties and company policies to ensure a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Financial Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, reviewing their work to ensure quality and productivity.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate activities with other departments and work units to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
