Job Summary

Bell is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead our Security Practice. As a key member of our Business Markets team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and EBITDA performance, developing customer-centric product roadmaps, and maintaining a market-leading value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive profitable revenue and EBITDA growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that meet customer needs and stay ahead of industry developments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt our strategy accordingly
  • Engage with industry partners to drive sales and revenue growth
Critical Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity industry experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders
  • Expert knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC2
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cybersecurity industry certifications, such as CISSP or CISM
  • Experience with M&A, preferably in the cybersecurity space
