Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at MANN INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION LTD. as a key member of our financial operations department.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and process accounts payable transactions, including invoices and payments, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions, including ledgers and journals.
- Reconcile and verify accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting, to support business decisions.
- Store, update, and retrieve financial data to support business operations.
- Perform general office duties, including filing and record-keeping.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare financial statements and reports to support business operations and decision-making.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
- Private sector experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
- Reliability and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Spreadsheet software, such as MS Excel.
- MS Windows operating system.
- Internet and email software.
- Work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks.

- Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees.
