As an Assistant Store Leader, you'll play a key role in building and leading a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of associates to create an inclusive and engaging store environment that meets Knix's high standards.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and preferences, and lead your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that consistently meets and exceeds sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail lead/management role, preferably in a similar size team and/or store volume.
  • Proven track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing team that consistently meets and exceeds sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Experience planning and executing community events, both in-store and out-of-store, is an asset.
  • Open availability to ensure business needs are met, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods of time and as needed for an entire shift.
