About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team at POOJA'S BOUTIQUE. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine and Inspect fabric or products for conformity to quality standards, identifying any defects or irregularities.
  • Grade and Evaluate products based on their quality, making sure they meet our company's standards.
  • Inspect Finished and Pre-Finished Products to ensure they meet our quality requirements.
  • Mark Defects and record information on products inspected or graded.
  • Package and Prepare products for shipment, ensuring they are properly labeled and packaged.
  • Record and Maintain accurate records of products inspected or graded, including any defects or irregularities.
  • Repair Minor Defects and make any necessary adjustments to products.
  • Sort and Organize products by style, color, size, length, or other criteria, as needed.
Requirements
  • Criminal Record Check is required for this position.
  • Ability to Distinguish Between Colors is essential for this role.
  • Attention to Detail is crucial for ensuring the quality of our products.
  • Hand-Eye Coordination is necessary for inspecting and grading products.
  • Repetitive Tasks are a regular part of this job.
  • Flexibility is required to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Judgement is necessary for making decisions about product quality.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team Player with excellent communication skills.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.

  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
