Job Title: Plant Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Superintendent to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our plant, ensuring the safe and efficient production of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Monitor and control the production process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Manage and maintain all plant equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order and that any necessary repairs or maintenance are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance, quality assurance, and human resources, to ensure that all aspects of plant operations are running smoothly.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a plant operations role, with a strong background in production management and supervision.
  • Proven track record of improving plant efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of production staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
