Position Overview

As a Food Services Supervisor at HOME CHEF LTD., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team. Your leadership will ensure that our food preparation and service meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the food service industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules
  • Order and manage food and kitchen supplies
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
  • Prepare and submit operational reports
  • Compile food order summaries for the chef
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of work will be English.
