We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Technology and Systems Specialist to join our team at Vancouver Airport Authority. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our HR technology platform.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to design and implement a people and business-driven technology platform that meets the needs of the organization.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical subject matter expert in HR technology functionality and end-user experience for all areas, including HR, Payroll, Time, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Recruitment.
- System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve system problems with reporting, integrations, business processes, and other configurations.
- System Effectiveness: Ensure the effectiveness of system configurations, interdependencies, and data flows.
- HR Technology Initiatives: Participate in HR technology initiatives by assisting with business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development, communication, and business configuration.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of HRIS experience, supplemented by a diploma in an IT-related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communications skills, both technical and non-technical, as well as strong project management, time management, organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Skills: SIT/UAT testing experience, coding experience (nice-to-have), experience with Excel and other Microsoft Products, as well as SAP SF.
