CIVIL PROJECT COORDINATOR

In this role, you will experience a dynamic work environment and engage with a diverse range of projects across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. We are committed to attracting top talent to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the planning and management of construction projects to ensure they are completed according to design specifications, safety regulations, and budgetary constraints.
  2. Coordinate resources necessary for project execution.
  3. Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and compliance.
  4. Engage with clients and stakeholders to address project needs.
  5. Prepare and monitor budgets and cost reports.
  6. Evaluate and quantify design modifications.
  7. Provide support and resources to project teams.
  8. Manage progress claims and modifications with clients.
  9. Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
  10. Handle Requests for Information (RFI), submittals, transmittals, and project closeout documentation.
Required Competencies:
  1. Degree in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
  2. Strong grasp of civil engineering principles and effective communication skills.
  3. Ability to interpret and analyze engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents.
  4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
  5. Capacity to work independently and manage time effectively.
  6. Strong organizational skills and clear communication abilities.
  7. Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  8. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  9. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is an asset.
