Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing Visitors
You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, greeting them warmly and directing them to the appropriate person or area.
Processing Information and Providing Customer ServiceYou will be responsible for obtaining and processing information required to provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Administrative SupportYou will provide administrative support to our team, including ordering office supplies, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records and logs.
Communication and Data EntryYou will be responsible for answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements- Education
