Exciting Career Opportunity:

Fine Signs Ltd. is seeking a committed individual to become part of our team as an Office Support Specialist. The successful candidate will possess a secondary school graduation certificate along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. In this role, you will be tasked with:

  • Establishing and managing office protocols and workflows
  • Coordinating and verifying appointments
  • Overseeing contracts
  • Handling incoming calls and messages
  • Gathering and analyzing data and statistics
  • Welcoming visitors and guiding them to the appropriate departments
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in computer applications including MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous individuals, and visible minorities through various community initiatives
