We're a leading equipment rental provider, and we're looking for a talented Inside Sales Rep to join our team. As a key customer contact and consultant, you'll play a crucial role in recommending solutions, quoting, selling, and fulfilling orders for our equipment and services.

What You'll Do:

  • Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts with precision and attention to detail.
  • Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers, generating leads for new business, and communicating with Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Educate customers on proper equipment use, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with loading and unloading equipment, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations regarding delivery, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable showroom, stocked with merchandise, to provide a positive customer experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of trench safety-related products and applications is a plus.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills are essential.
  • Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
