Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Casarap Corporation. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked bakery.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by overseeing sales and merchandising of baked goods.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the bakery team to achieve sales and production goals.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
