Education Program Coordinator Role

Rosedale Global High School is seeking a highly skilled Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our education team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of education programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Research: Conduct research to inform education policy and program development.
  • Supervise Team Members: Supervise other education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers to ensure the successful implementation of education programs.
  • Produce Reports: Produce high-quality reports to stakeholders on education program outcomes and recommendations for improvement.
  • Follow Education Policies: Stay up-to-date on education policies and programs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Evaluate Curriculum Programs: Evaluate curriculum programs and recommend improvements to ensure they meet the needs of students.
  • Conduct Statistical Analyses: Conduct statistical analyses to determine the cost and effectiveness of education policies and programs.
  • Provide Consulting Services: Provide consulting services to government and other organizations on education policy and program development.
  • Deliver Presentations: Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia on education policy and program development.
  • Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure the smooth operation of education programs.
