Education Program Coordinator

Rosedale Global High School is seeking a highly skilled Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our education team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our education programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Research: Conduct research to inform education policy and program development.
  • Supervise Team Members: Supervise and support a team of education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers.
  • Produce Reports: Develop and disseminate reports on education policy and program effectiveness.
  • Follow Education Policies: Stay up-to-date on education policies and programs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Evaluate Curriculum Programs: Evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum programs and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct Statistical Analyses: Conduct statistical analyses to determine the cost and effectiveness of education policies and programs.
  • Provide Consulting Services: Provide consulting services to government and other organizations on education policy and program development.
  • Deliver Presentations: Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and symposia on education policy and program development.
  • Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Supervise and support office and volunteer staff in the education department.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in education policy and program development.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
