Mortgage Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Development Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Residential Financing team, you will play a critical role in helping Personal Banking clients achieve their dream of homeownership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement residential financing strategies to meet clients' needs, including purchase, mortgage pre-approval, and external refinancing transactions.
- Collaborate with internal partners to identify clients' financial needs and refer them to specialized colleagues for further support.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external real estate partners, including realtors and builders, to stay up-to-date on National Bank's mortgage solutions.
- Communicate effectively with internal partners to drive client retention and growth.
- Participate in business development activities and events to promote National Bank's mortgage products.
- Ensure compliance with established processes, procedures, and risk management rules.
- Stay current with National Bank's mortgage solutions and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience, or college diploma and 3 years of relevant experience.
- Business development experience and ability to work with commission-based salary.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of mortgage credit solutions and financing products.
