Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement residential financing strategies to meet the needs of our clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including real estate agents and builders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and refer clients to specialized colleagues

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience, or college diploma and 3 years of relevant experience
  • Business development experience and a strong understanding of mortgage credit solutions and financing products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
