About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at JYSK Canada. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including new sales and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers and make informed recommendations
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring quick and smooth checkout experiences for customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive store environment

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong work ethic and integrity, with a focus on maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • 1+ year of retail experience preferred, with a strong understanding of sales floor operations and customer service principles
