We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Bridgewater Pharmasave. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with purchases.
- Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and sweeping the floor.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Work Experience: Previous retail experience an asset.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of electronic cash registers and price scanners.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Free Parking: Convenient parking available for employees.
- Flexible Scheduling: 16-32 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.
- Team Environment: Collaborative and supportive team environment.
