Job Summary:

The Senior Customer Care Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and implement coaching and training programs to improve customer service skills
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service leadership or management
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with coaching and training programs
