The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and implement coaching and training programs to improve customer service skills
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
