Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Hampton Inn Suites by Hilton Thunder Bay.

Job Summary:

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This includes supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring that safety standards and departmental policies are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
  • Ensure that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Plan and coordinate activities to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 hours per week
