Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Hampton Inn Suites by Hilton Thunder Bay. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a clean and efficient housekeeping operation
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to meet the needs of our guests
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure our facilities are always in good working order
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position
  • 30 hours per week
  • English language required
