About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer to join our team at Axelon Services Corporation. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge frontend solutions using React and other modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications using React and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
  • Develop and maintain reusable UI components, ensuring consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
  • Work closely with the QA team to identify and resolve defects, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our development processes and products.
Requirements
  • 3-10 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React and other modern technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in managing user interfaces for data-intensive platforms, with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Hands-on experience with distributed tech stacks, modern tools of development, and core dev-ops tooling and best practices.
  • Experience in managing large UI products from delivery, code-quality, and maintenance perspectives.
  • Hands-on experience with automated test frameworks, such as Cypress, Jasmine, Karma, and Protractor, and Test-Driven Development.
  • Experience in managing deployments and build frameworks, as well as large codebases/monorepos supporting development of UI platforms.
  • Experience in building and owning common reusable components for UIs, collaborating with global stakeholders for product development, and managing UX designers to translate UX designs into actual product implementation.
  • Ability to manage large teams, ensure product development per multi-year roadmaps, and coach and mentor talent on development best practices with new tech stacks.
  • Ability to adapt to new developments in the UI space and keep the platform technically updated and modern.
