Job Title: Senior Data Quality Specialist

Definity is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Quality Specialist to join our Enterprise Data Office (EDO). As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the strategy and roadmap of our data quality program, working closely with business partners to identify and prioritize data quality challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data quality strategies to promote Definity's data quality capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data quality challenges
  • Design and implement data quality metrics and scorecards to measure program effectiveness
  • Provide technical and subject matter expertise to colleagues and stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver training materials and resources to support data quality initiatives
Requirements:
  • University degree in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or data analysis
  • Experience with data governance tools and technologies, including Collibra, IBM IIS, and Informatica
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with multiple teams to drive alignment and results
