About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Dunbar Painting Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a professional finish.
  • Paint Application: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply it to interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and trim.
  • Wall Decor Installation: Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, creating a visually appealing finish.
  • Scaffolding and Rigging: Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging to ensure safe access to work areas.

  • Cross-Cultural Training: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
