Retail Store Manager

Genuine Convenience Store is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Training and Development: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 32 to 35 hours per week.
