Electrical Engineer - Electrophysiology

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Electrophysiology team in Montreal, QC, Canada. As a key member of our electrical equipment design team, you'll be responsible for designing and testing electronic circuits for medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical circuits and systems using the latest tools and technologies.
  • Resolve engineering problems by analyzing situations and recommending corrective or preventative measures.
  • Study and research electronic circuits, components, and tools to ensure best practices.
  • Document electrical component development by writing procedures, reports, and change requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong electrical engineering simulation skills, including Spice-based or MATLAB.
  • Solid lab experience with circuit debugging, test fixtures development, and relevant lab test equipment.
  • Experience in designing analog/power supply electronics and low-noise analog electronics.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
