We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intermediate / Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at Scouten Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing civil engineering projects, providing technical expertise, and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Prepare and review engineering reports, proposals, and other technical documents
- Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians to develop their skills and knowledge
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration or eligibility
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering, including project management and technical leadership
- Strong technical skills in civil engineering, including design, construction, and project management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
