About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ricky's All Day Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and promotions.
  • Monitor and control kitchen expenses to ensure profitability.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading kitchen teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
