About the Role:

We are seeking a Seasonal Crew Chief to join our team at JK Home Services - Scarborough. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading a team of painters and ensuring the successful completion of projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position that requires a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and a high school diploma. Previous experience with hands-on work is preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of painters to complete projects on time and to a high standard of quality
  • Ensure daily cleanliness of sites and projects
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners and business owners to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage projects and demonstrate initiative in day-to-day responsibilities
