Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Heritage Indian Cuisine Nanaimo. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of performing the duties of the role and able to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
