Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

Heritage Indian Cuisine Ltd. is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting patrons, presenting menus, and answering questions.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Working Conditions:

The Server will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with frequent standing, walking, and lifting. The ability to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm is essential.
