About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at Structural Precast, a leading supplier of custom-manufactured precast concrete products in Western Canada. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a critical role in our team's success by facilitating seamless communication across the Construction, Sales, and Estimation Departments, as well as sub-trades and supplier partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare cost estimates for concrete precast structures projects and services for precast concrete projects ranging in value from $100K to multi-million dollar contracts.
  • Review plans and specifications to determine construction costs and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
  • Develop and maintain schedules, workforce plans, and work breakdown structures.
  • Prepare and analyze subcontractor and supplier documentation, updating budgets based on project changes.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in Structural Concrete Precast or Construction estimating.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
  • Excellent time management and calendar management while keeping stakeholders in the know.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
