Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform servicing and maintenance on petroleum-related equipment, systems, and accessories critical to site functionality;
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on leak detection systems;
  • Uphold professionalism and tact to represent the company positively at all times;
  • Utilize independent judgment to address unique work challenges;
  • Foster and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with both existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and referrals, focusing on client relations to sustain and grow the core client base;
  • Complete all necessary documentation promptly and accurately;
  • Adhere to the company's health and safety policies and procedures;
  • Exhibit the physical and mental capabilities to manage stress and multitask effectively;
  • Participate in an on-call rotation that requires availability 24/7.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with a knack for troubleshooting mechanical issues;
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license;
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently;
  • Capable of making sound decisions when working autonomously, without direct supervision;

Additional Qualifications:

  • Electrical knowledge (in petroleum or related fields) or familiarity with electrical concepts and basic programming;
  • TSSA Petroleum Mechanic Certifications (PM1, PM2, PM3, or PMH);
  • Measurement Canada Certified Inspector.
