As a full-service dealership specializing in heavy-duty trucks, we provide a range of offerings including new truck sales, parts, service, and body shop solutions. Established in 1987 as a family-run enterprise, we have expanded into a network of dealerships across three major cities in Northern Alberta.

In response to our ongoing growth, we are seeking Parts Technicians who will be tasked with the responsibilities of ordering, inventory management, pricing, and sales of parts, all while delivering outstanding customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily order processing, including receiving and shipping duties.
- Respond to phone inquiries promptly, providing sales information, price quotes, and other relevant details.
- Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers, collaborating effectively with dealership personnel across departments.
- Retain knowledge of product codes and their organization within the warehouse.
- Retrieve and fulfill orders from stock efficiently.
- Inform the parts administrator regarding out-of-stock items or urgent shop materials.
- Operate non-powered material handling equipment such as dollies and pallet jacks.
- Handle cores, warranties, and new part returns in accordance with departmental policies, with guidance from the department manager.
- Engage in all available training and development initiatives and participate in departmental meetings.
- Report safety concerns and incidents to your Supervisor/Manager.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Assist in upholding Elite Support certification standards, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and safe. Keep shine maps updated and conduct monthly 5S audits.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Journeyman Certificate is required.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in parts handling.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours based on departmental needs.
- Capability to lift approximately 60 lbs.
- Forklift operation experience is an asset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
- Must be driven by sales, organized, and self-motivated.
