About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Janitorial Services Specialist at KANHA BUILDING MAINTENANCE INC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office and commercial building spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners, power sweepers, carpet cleaning machines, polishing machines, and waxing machines to maintain the building's appearance.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Supervision and Communication: Work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
  • Physical Demands: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train the right candidate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
