Transport Operations Dispatcher

Position Overview:
Job Title: Logistics Dispatcher
We are seeking a committed professional to enhance our Logistics team. In this position, you will oversee the coordination of transport drivers and vehicles, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of critical supplies, equipment, and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, organize, and manage vehicle and personnel resources
- Ensure vehicle upkeep aligns with transportation regulations and standards
- Address and resolve operational challenges
- Develop and adjust daily work schedules for drivers
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and clients
- Complete necessary documentation and generate reports as required
- Act as the primary contact for operational inquiries
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recent experience in a dispatching role or similar position
- Background in customer service
- Experience in a logistics setting is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to acquire a Class 4 MB license
