This role offers a fantastic chance to demonstrate your technical expertise, work autonomously, and play a vital role in the success of our organization. You will gain extensive experience in robust IP networking, complemented by numerous training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Unpacking and configuring routers and switches within a data center environment.
  2. Executing and troubleshooting scripts on networking devices.
  3. Managing the unpacking and repacking of each unit post-technical procedures.
  4. Installing and setting up DELL / HP servers and workstations.
  5. Configuring RAID systems and deploying various Windows Server operating systems.
  6. Simultaneously managing multiple server setups.
  7. Interpreting the P/N catalog and performing label printing accordingly.
  8. Unboxing servers, placing them on racks, and preparing them for quality control assessments.
  9. Conducting basic configurations that may require troubleshooting.
  10. Following a predefined checklist for repetitive tasks, ensuring systems are rack-ready and plug-and-play.

Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.
  • Solid understanding of IP networking principles.
  • Experience in configuring HP and DELL rack and tower servers, as well as workstations.
  • Proficiency in generating scripts using command-line interfaces.
  • Experience with hard drive partitioning and RAID configurations.
  • Familiarity with deploying both Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks, including lifting servers and managing their placement.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

  • CCNA certification is advantageous.
  • Experience in assembly line work or integration based on documentation is a plus.
