Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banking Associate to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and prospects, identifying their needs, and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, welcoming them to the branch, and offering advice and guidance on available digital and self-serve options.
  • Financial Solutions: Collaborate with customers to understand their financial needs, and provide recommendations on banking services and products that meet their goals.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals, and providing guidance on how to achieve them.
  • Operational Support: Assist with operational activities, such as inventory management, escalated service requests, and filing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve business results and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Education: Completion of a relevant certification or degree in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of banking products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop skills in this area.
