Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Solutions: Offer advice and guidance on personal banking and investment products, helping customers to achieve their financial goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other BMO teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve business objectives.
- Referral Opportunities: Identify and pursue referral opportunities to grow the customer's relationship with BMO beyond personal banking.
- Branch Operations: Assist with branch operations, including inventory management, escalated service requests, and filing.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the branch customer experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Experience: Typically between 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Education: Completion of a relevant certification or degree program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 to $52,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, where all employees feel valued and supported.
