Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Finance Director to join our team at Sonu Hair Cut Ltd. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
    • Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
    • Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive business strategy and decision-making.
  • Risk Management and Compliance
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company's assets and reputation.
  • Business Development and Partnerships
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and revenue.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a retail or wholesale establishment.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    • Strong risk management and compliance skills, with experience in identifying and mitigating financial risks.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a large workload and multiple priorities. The role will require strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
